March Challenge!!

Can you believe it is March already? How quickly this year is flying by!!

We have a new challenge for you! We want you to take inspiration from our GREEN mood board!!

Of course you need to include a handmade item on your page too!

And here is some inspiration from our design team..

I took inspiration from the pops of colour in the photos as well as the shades of green .
Handmade embellie is the APOCD flair.

Amanda

Handmade stuff: Charms Creations Lollipop, Flutterby Designs flair and an old fimo cloud from my stash!

Catie

Inspiration taken from the colours (maybe just a little ) and the crayons and paint brush... they inspired me to get really creative with the background and make lots of texture. Have also taken the black and white and added them.
Handmade stuff is the flat flowers; they were all white to start with so stamped a couple with Staz On ink, and coloured the others with gelatos, as well as the flourishes and the shipping tag.

Lovelybug Bits n Bobs is run by our own DT member Sue Plumb. Sue was forced to take a break from scrapping and Lovelybug after the premature arrival of her twin boys and the year that followed. She has recently begun creating again and has assured me that whilst progress has been slow with two demanding toddlers underfoot, she definitely has the bug again! Wow, we are into February already! I think this year is going to fly past too!!

Jan 2014 Challenge

Happy New Year to all our Show Us Your Stuff participants!!  We have lots of ‘new’ things happening here! Its a new year, which means its a new month, which also means a new challenge!! Woohoo!!

On top of all this, we also have a new Show Us Your Stuff boss lady and a new design team!! Some you will have seen around here before, but most are new to the SUYS team!!

It is with heavy heart that I write this post as SUYS's last challenge. I thank all of you who have supported us and entered every challenge.  I   have had the most amazing support from all of the DT : past and present - they have always been there for me personally and creatively.
