July Mid-month Reveal!

Here we are half way through the month again! (And halfway through winter too!) Time to warm you up with another hit of inspiration from our Design Team and remind you of this month's challenge...

Remember, your entry needs to use handwriting as a feature. (And no, the handwriting does not necessarily have to be your own.) You also need to include at least one handmade embellishment somewhere on your layout.

This month's generous sponsor is the fabulous Scrapping Clearly, which is owned and run by our very own DT member Kylie Tout.

Kylie stocks a fantastic range of stock, (including one of the biggest ranges of Heidi Swapp products in Australia) which you can see for yourself if you are in the vicinity of Gundagai, NSW. Otherwise, you can visit the online store HERE and have it delivered to your door.

June Winner!

Time to rug up everyone, it seems an icy blast straight from Antarctica is set to chill the entire east coast of Australia this weekend. A perfect excuse to stay indoors and scrap I say! If you haven't already added this month's challenge to your scrappy "To Do" list, then make sure you do!

Time to announce our winner from our June mood board challenge. We had some truly stunning creations entered for the challenge, but unfortunately we can only have one winner.
Our winning entry was this gorgeous layout...

belonging to....Erica O'Keeffe

Congrats Erica! You did a fantastic job on your layout, we loved it! You can read more about Erica's winning entry on her blog HERE

Erica has won a voucher from our awesome June sponsor Flutterby Designs. (Erica - please send us an email via the contact tab with your details so we can pass them on for you.)

A reminder that our challenges are not possible without the generous support from our sponsors, (many of whom are family owned businesses or work at home mums), so wherever possible, please show your support for them too!

July Challenge!

Can you believe we are now officially past the halfway point of the year? When did that happen? Eeeeeekkkkk!!!

Anyway, we are here to brighten your day with a brand new challenge for the month of July, and this month it has been put together by our very own Design Team member Kylie Tout...

You can choose to interpret this however you wish, as long as we can clearly see handwriting featured on your layout. (Hidden journalling or only a few words will not count!) In addition, don't forget to include at least one handmade embellishment somewhere on your creation.

This month, we are also very fortunate that Kylie's own store Scrapping Clearly, will be sponsoring our challenge!

For those who are in the vicinity of Gundagai NSW, you are lucky enough to be able to visit Scrapping Clearly to shop or attend classes in person. (You will find the store in the main street.) For those who are further afield, you will be pleased to know that Kylie also has a fantastic online store. The shop boasts an enormous range of Heidi Swapp products - including the latest HS mixed media products (stencils, modelling pastes, screen print inks, rub on foil). In addition, there is an equally impressive range from many other popular manufacturers, and certainly something to please every kind of scrapper.

You will find the Scrapping Clearly store here: http://www.scrappingclearly.com.au/shop/
